Do I have to be present for my order to be Picked Up or Delivered?
No, that is the convenience of Express Dry Cleaning. You do not need to be present for pickup or delivery.

What type of bag should I put my clothes in for Pick Up?
First-time customers may use a regular plastic bag for your initial order. When we deliver your completed order, we’ll provide you with a personalized blue Express Dry Cleaning bag for your next order.
How do I pay for your door-to-door service?
You may pay by check or credit card. However, all customers must have a credit card number on file with us. First-time customers must Contact Us to leave a credit card number on file or your order will not be processed. Your card is never charged until your order is delivered.
